Job Description

  • Tender Management:
  • Good Knowledge/ Handling all Government & Private Portals- Eproc2, GEM, CPPP(e-TENDERS), CPWD, NSDC, IREPS & others.
  • Overseeing the entire tendering process from start to finish.
  • Understanding tender requirements and ensuring compliance with them.
  • Developing tender documentation, including RFIs (Request for Information), RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
  • Manage complete Company portfolio on GEM Portal.
  • Coordinating with various internal departments such as sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
  • Research and Analysis:
  • Conducting market research to identify potential tender opportunities.
  • Analyzing tender documents, understanding client requirements, and identifying risks and opportunities associated with each tender.
  • Bid Preparation:
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to prepare compelling tender proposals.
  • Writing and editing tender responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Managing the timeline for bid submissions and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Negotiation:
  • Participating in negotiations with clients during the tender process.
  • Addressing queries and concerns raised by clients regarding the tender submission.
  • Contract Management:
  • Assisting in contract negotiations and finalization post-award.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing contract modifications or amendments as necessary.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborating with sales and business development teams to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Acting as a liaison between the organization and clients throughout the tendering process.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintaining accurate records of tender documents, correspondence, and submissions.
  • Generating reports on tender activities, including win/loss analysis, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensuring that all tender submissions adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes to enhance the quality of tender proposals.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the tendering process.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to tender management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
