Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Surat. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents, analyzing tender requirements, and conducting market research. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, liaising with clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the end-to-end tendering process to secure profitable contracts.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and submitting tender documents, with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating tender requirements and conducting market research
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and dealing with clients
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tender timelines effectively
Basic knowledge of renewable energy or solar panel industries is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office tools and document management systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
