We’re Hiring: Sales Manager at Nutsley

📍 Location: Purnea, Bihar

🌾 Industry: Makhana Farming, Processing, Packaging & Export

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with
distributors
,
modern trade chains
, and
retail networks
Handle
quotations
,
client negotiations
, and
payment follow-ups
Act as a front-line
sales representative
for B2B and institutional clients
Coordinate
email and phone communication
professionally
Manage product listings on
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho
, and other platforms.
Handle onboarding on
quick commerce
platforms like
Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and JioMart
Liaise with
brokers, supermarkets, retail stores
, and
e-commerce partners
Understand
government licenses
, food compliance, and trade regulations
Negotiate
payment terms
and ensure
timely recovery

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/MBA
with
4–7 years of experience
in
FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail Distribution
Strong understanding of
general trade
and
channel sales
Proven
negotiation
,
team management
, and
relationship-building
skills
Willingness to
travel extensively
within the assigned region
