Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our SaaS application.
• Generate new leads through local advertising, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Manage and grow the existing customer base by maintaining positive relationships.
• Create and run local marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media promotions, and offline marketing (posters, flyers, events, etc.).
• Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients and explain key features and benefits.
• Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze performance to meet targets.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to improve user experience and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the product and stay updated on competitors and market trends.
• Build and manage a small sales team if required in the future.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales role (preferably in SaaS or technology-related products).
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer handling.
• Experience in running local marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and achieve targets.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS products or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve sales performance.

Pay: ₹25,260.80 - ₹35,073.64 per month
