Job Description

Job Overview As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing various marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively. Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust plans as needed. Set KPIs and measure ROI on all marketing campaigns. Online Marketing: Plan and manage digital campaigns across channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing). Collaborate with the design and content team to produce engaging and conversion-optimized website content. Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and implement improvements to boost traffic and engagement. Offline Marketing: Plan and execute offline campaigns including print media, billboards, event sponsorships, and trade shows. Develop collateral and promotional materials for offline use. Build relationships with media, vendors, and partners to expand brand presence offline. Website Marketing & Optimization: Ensure website is optimized for user experience, lead generation, and SEO. Coordinate landing page creation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. Work with web developers and designers to keep the website updated and functional. Team Collaboration & Management: Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. Manage marketing budgets, track spend, and report on campaign performance. Oversee the work of external agencies or freelancers as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing role with both online and offline focus. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM platforms, email tools). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.67 - ₹70,000.11 per month Work Location: In person
