Job Title: Sales and Leasing Manager – Real Estate

Location: NCL CityWalk, 66 Ft Road, Jalandhar

Compensation: ₹50,000-₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentive

Job Description:

NCL CityWalk, Jalandhar's most anticipated commercial destination, is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of commercial spaces at NCL CityWalk by engaging with clients, brokers, channel partners and investors.

- Generate leads, manage sales pipeline, and convert prospects into successful deals.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and client outreach.

- Conduct site visits, present project details, and maintain client relationships.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (commercial preferred).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Graduate degree (Real estate or business background preferred).

- Familiarity with local Jalandhar real estate market is a plus.
