Sales manager

We are looking for a good candidate for sales manager.

Location- North C.G (Bilaspur, Korba , Raigarh)

Skills Required

• Education: Any Graduate (Technical/Mechanical/ preferred other).
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Industrial, Construction, or Material Handling Products (experience in industrial or heavy equipment sales will be an advantage).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal ability
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of trucks, construction equipment, or related machinery.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Market References: Must provide at least 2 credible references from the industry/market.

Job Descriptions.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and material handling industries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet owners, contractors, project developers, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure
• Coordinate with service, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit regular reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
