Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and close more deals.
• Monitor sales performance through metrics and analytics, and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–2+ years) in a sales role, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
