Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and close more deals. Monitor sales performance through metrics and analytics, and prepare reports for management. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (1–2+ years) in a sales role, preferably in real estate.
