Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, leading a motivated sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with Honda BigWings brand standards. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets, developing effective sales strategies and promotional plans, monitoring daily sales performance, and building strong customer relationships. You will also be responsible for ensuring all sales processes adhere to operational guidelines and CRM systems, coordinating with marketing and service departments, and training sales staff for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the two-wheeler or premium segment. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong leadership and team management skills, and good knowledge of digital sales tools, CRM systems, and showroom operations are essential. Your passion for motorcycles and excellent customer handling abilities will also be key to your success.
