Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, overseeing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing training to sales staff. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Expertise in Market Research, Sales Strategies, and Target Achievement
• Leadership skills including team management, training, and mentoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
