The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by securing new business and maintaining existing client relationships. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. Conduct site inspections, presentations, and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and forecasts for management. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM system. Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
