We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales operations at our car showroom. If you have a proven track record in the automobile sector and strong leadership qualities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the showroom sales team
• Achieve monthly sales targets for new vehicles
• Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge and closing techniques
• Handle walk-in and high-value customers when required
• Maintain sales reports, lead tracking, and customer follow-up through CRM
• Coordinate with the dealership head and OEM for schemes, stock, and reporting

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in car sales (team handling experience is a must)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of automotive sales and customer handling
• Proficient in CRM systems, MS Excel, and showroom operations
• Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude
