About the Position We are looking for a passionate and driven Sr. Project Associate – Public Health to lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR-driven public health initiatives in Nandurbar and surrounding regions. The role involves working closely with internal teams, partner organizations, government bodies, and local communities to address critical health needs and create sustainable impact. Responsibilities Project Planning & Implementation Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and implement public health projects. Conduct needs assessments to identify health gaps in the Nandurbar region. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in line with project objectives. Coordinate with government agencies, partner organizations, and local leaders to ensure smooth execution. Monitoring & Evaluation Track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct surveys, field visits, and data collection to assess project effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on project outcomes, impact, and learnings. Community Engagement & Awareness Organize and facilitate health awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions. Support the design and execution of behavior change communication campaigns . Conduct outreach activities to enhance community participation and project sustainability. CSR & Stakeholder Management Support in the development and execution of CSR initiatives aligned with community needs and organizational goals. Build strong partnerships with NGOs, CBOs, local government bodies, and other stakeholders. Assist in organizing CSR-related events such as health camps, community drives, and volunteering activities. Research & Knowledge Management Stay updated on latest public health trends, best practices, and innovations. Ensure compliance with local health regulations and reporting requirements. Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing. Assist in preparing project proposals, concept notes, and donor reports. Mandatory Qualification and Experience: Master’s in Public Health / Social Work / Community Development / related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in public health projects, preferably in CSR or development sector. Strong skills in project planning, monitoring & evaluation, and community engagement. Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi (local language proficiency is a must). Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Nandurbar and Maharashtra. Organization: Head Held High Foundation is a 11 year+ old NGO, based in Bangalore. We have now projects in several partner NGO locations across the country. We are dedicated to eradicate poverty through skill development as a tool. Our project is being funded by Tata Trust to run these programs for poorest of poor, BPL status persons with zero to 10th class fail as background. The idea is to make the school drop-outs capable of learning, earning and enhancing their dignity. It is not a quick fix but a detailed 1000-hour program run by HHH trainers in villages.
