1. Service Advisor – General

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their general vehicle service needs.
• Generate job cards and explain service estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for timely repairs.
• Update customers on job progress and delivery timelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably at a dealership).
• Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Good technical knowledge of vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
