Sales Manager

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across various channels to generate new business leads.
• Present and promote The Bliss House’s offerings to prospective customers, clearly communicating value and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations both in-person and virtually as required.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
• Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with the team to help improve products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
