You will be taking on a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager based in Mandsaur. Your primary responsibilities will include formulating and executing sales strategies, overseeing a sales team, monitoring sales performance, and fostering strong customer relationships. In addition, you will be expected to analyze market trends, spot new business prospects, and ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Performance Tracking, and Market Analysis. Your proficiency in Team Management, Leadership, and Training will be crucial for guiding your sales team effectively. Strong Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation skills will be essential for successful interactions with customers. Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and a solid grasp of MS Office and relevant sales software are also required. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. While prior experience in sales management is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Your ability to work autonomously and lead a team with efficiency will be key in thriving in this role.,
