ROLE OVERVIEW

individual contributor role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing SaaS deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision makers in banks, NBFCs, fintechs, insurance companies, and insurtechs.
Work closely with pre-sales and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to shape product strategy.
Represent Arrowhead at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven track record
(5–10 years) of SaaS sales success in BFSI and/or Insurance, with measurable achievements in meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Strong network and credibility with senior leaders in financial institutions, insurance companies, and insurtechs.
Demonstrated
urgency, resourcefulness, and resilience
in closing complex enterprise deals.
Ability to operate as a self-starter and deliver results in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
