What You’ll Do

• Develop and own the sales vision & strategy for local + international growth.
• Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → growth.
• Build trusted client relationships and unlock upselling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends (ERP, HRTech, SaaS, automation, digital transformation).
• Consistently hit or exceed targets as per defined strategy and objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience like 5-7years in

  enterprise software sales

  (ERP, HRMS, SaaS preferred).
• Strong

  sales personality

  – persuasive, ambitious, results-focused.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution drive.
