Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own the sales vision & strategy for local + international growth. - Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and growth. - Build trusted client relationships and unlock upselling opportunities. - Stay ahead of industry trends such as ERP, HRTech, SaaS, automation, and digital transformation. - Consistently hit or exceed targets as per the defined strategy and objectives. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience of 5-7 years in enterprise software sales, with ERP, HRMS, SaaS preferred. - Strong sales personality with qualities like persuasiveness, ambition, and results-focus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution drive.
