Job Title - Sales Head / Manager Location Baroda, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune Job Responsibilities: Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies to maximize sales. Setting Individual and Teams Sales Target and Monitoring Team Performance. Managing and Motivating the Team. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships Analyzing the Market Trends and Competitor Activity Collaborating with other departments Accountable for handling Divisional / Area Manager for the Region Oversee the entire gamut of business development, coordination, operations, sales, finance, credit control & administration of the General Cargo Division as Profit Centre Head covering Gujarat region Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analysing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue Responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback to the team. Ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently and that they are meeting or exceeding sales goals consistently. Identifying the right customers engaging our services. A Senior Professional with 12 + years of Experience within the General Cargo Transport Industry with a Proven Track Record and covered all facets in a previous career. Strong Commercial Knowledge Years of experience in a leadership or administrative role as you will be leading the Sales, Business Development and Marketing activities in the Indian Sub-Continent region for General Cargo. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Logistics or a related field; MBA preferred. Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment Excellent sales and negotiation skills Comprehensive and nuanced understanding of the sales process including lead generation, pipeline management and deal closure Well Versed with Computer Skills Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
