Job Title: Defense Division Head - Tender Coordination and Government Liaison (Ex-Army) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Ex-Army professional for the position role of Tender Coordination and Government Liaison. This individual will be responsible for the communication with defense departments and relevant government agencies. The role requires strong administrative, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to navigate military and government structures effectively. Key Responsibilities: Tender Coordination: Oversee the preparation and submission of tenders for defense contracts and related projects. Ensure that all tender documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within the designated timeframes. Identify potential risks related to tenders and government regulations, and work with relevant teams to mitigate these risks. Resolve any issues or conflicts arising during the tendering process, including handling disputes with government departments. Government Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and defense/government officials. Maintain strong working relationships with government agencies, defense departments, and related entities. Facilitate communication between the company and government representatives, ensuring that all queries and requirements are addressed in a timely manner. Contract Negotiations and Compliance: Work closely with legal and procurement teams to review contracts and ensure compliance with government regulations. Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations. Qualifications and skills: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Defense Studies, Project Management, or a related field. Experience with defense tender processes, government procurement procedures, and compliance regulations. As being Ex-Army, knowledge of defense procurement regulations, military structures, and government liaison operations is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with government officials and internal teams. Leadership and organizational skills. Strong understanding of military and defense department processes. Ability to manage high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality in dealings with government entities.
