Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue goals in line with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation and product positioning.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Handle key account negotiations and close high-value deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in B2B sales, preferably in IT/tech solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital services like web/app development, SaaS, and blockchain solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and lead a high-performance team.
