Lead Generation and Customer Visits: Identify potential customers and schedule visits. Pitch Preparation and Product Presentation: Develop compelling pitches and deliver product presentations. Approach Strategies: Utilize various methods such as emails, phone calls, and in-person visits. Demo/POC Execution: Conduct demonstrations and proofs of concept. Commercial Negotiations and Closure: Handle commercial discussions and close deals. Job Requirements: Proven experience in Business Development with enterprise customers. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and networks . Strong focus on Solutioning and Integration . In-depth knowledge of Sales Processes and CRM systems. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, local languages, and Hindi. Strong networking abilities. On-field sales experience with lead generation skills. Result-oriented with a resilient, go-getter attitude. Passion for driving key account sales. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in product, software, or solution selling, IT peripherals, Electronics product manufacturing Preference for candidates with a B2B and B2C background. Experience in product selling for CCTV cameras, IP Video Surveillance, Biometric Devices is an added advantage. Educational Qualifications: Any graduate or B.Tech (EC/IT/CS) preferred.
