Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development of market for energy efficient electric motors with sustainable growth in local India market and later export market.
• Achievement of sales target. Innovative sales promotion.
• Establishing after sales service network to achieve repeat business and improve customer satisfaction
• Effective territory coverage & penetration
• Networking for generating new business
• Understand customer requirements and submit suitable proposals
• Establishing all India sales network.
• Collection of payment and getting customer clearance for dispatch
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt customer response
• To ensure timely delivery as per customer needs
• To get large customer/OEMs/dealer in company fold to achieve and exceed sales target
• Analyze business data for effective planning and execution
• Establish and build relationships at all levels in Key Accounts
• Plan and execute actions for business growth in all key accounts
• Prepare Marketing Plan and Marketing strategies
• Preparation of Marketing policy, customer/dealer letter, Rate contracts with customers and OEMs
• Gather and share feedback on market developments & competition activities
• Provide business projections for production planning
• Support marketing in exhibitions and other marketing initiatives for lead generation

Essential Requirements/Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

• Planning and organizing ability.

• Problem solving and solution-oriented approach is must.

• Sound Technical Knowledge of Electric Motors.

• Team player and administrative capabilities is must.

• Excellent / Good computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
