Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, providing training and support, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership skills
  • Strong ability in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Ability to monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the financial or fintech industry is a plus
