Build and manage relationships with dealerships, partners, and business associates.
Empanel new dealers and expand the sales network.
Ensure dealers maintain quality standards, handle customer complaints, and provide adequate training.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support.
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and documentation.
Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels are sufficient and work with the supply chain team to resolve issues.
Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, regarding processes like loan and insurance approvals
