We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain client satisfaction. Train and develop sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (+ years) as a Sales Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
