Job Description — Sales Manager (Lights Library) Position: Sales Manager Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2–5 years (retail / interior / lighting preferred) Salary: Competitive + Monthly Incentives + Retention Bonus Reporting To: Founder Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Manager who will handle daily customer walk-ins and enquiries at the Lights Library showroom and also connect with Architects to set meetings for the founder. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communication, and long-term stability in a growing company. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Walk-ins & Showroom Sales • Greet customers warmly and understand their lighting needs • Show products, explain features, and recommend solutions • Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales • Convert walk-ins into successful orders • Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge 2. Enquiry Handling • Respond to incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, and website • Maintain a daily enquiry tracker • Ensure all leads receive timely follow-up • Convert enquiries into showroom visits or sales 3. Architect Calling & Appointment Setting • Cold call architects to introduce Lights Library • Fix appointments for the founder • Maintain architect CRM/contact sheet • Follow up regularly without being pushy • Build strong professional relationships 4. Reporting & Systems • Daily enquiry + follow-up report • Weekly sales funnel update • Monthly sales summary • Maintain disciplined follow-ups 5.
