Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the admissions/sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for course admissions
  • Monitor leads, conversions, and counselor performance using CRM systems
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives and student counselors
  • Handle escalated student and parent queries with professionalism
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for management
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and outreach programs


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduation required;

    MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience

    in sales leadership, admissions, or business development
  • Strong team management and target-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience in

    education, training, or service industry

    is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards
