SOFT SKILL TRAINER ( males/females)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Design and deliver interactive training modules on: Communication Skills (verbal, non-verbal, email, telephone)

Interview Readiness and Resume Building

Emotional Intelligence and Self-awareness

Conduct mock interviews and roleplay-based activities

Work with the Placement and Academic teams to align sessions with employer expectations

Maintain a supportive learning environment, especially for students who may lack confidence or come from non-English-speaking backgrounds.

Support students individually if they need remedial or confidence-building sessions.

Monitor and report student progress through evaluations, assignments, and feedback forms.

Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve training methodology.

Location - Kalamassery

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• A Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, English, or Education is preferred.
• Certification in Train-the-Trainer, NLP, or Coaching (preferred but not mandatory). Experience:
• 2+ years of experience delivering soft skills or behavioral training to students or early-career professionals.
• Prior exposure to student development in an academic or skill development institution is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong command over English and at least one regional language.
• Empathetic and energetic trainer with the ability to engage mixed-ability learners.
• Patience, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity.
