Sales Manager LAP

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for LAP at our company, your primary responsibility will be to build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other channels. You will be expected to achieve key business metrics such as IRR, Fee Income, and Cross Sell of insurance products. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in performing initial assessments of loan applications, overseeing documentation completion for loan sanctioning and disbursement, and providing post-disbursal support to customers. Your ultimate goal will be to achieve business targets for LAP product. Key Responsibilities: - Build and source potential customers through DSAs, channel partners, and other channels - Achieve key business metrics of IRR, Fee Income, and Cross Sell of insurance product - Perform initial assessments of loan applications and facilitate visits to credit team & technical team for loan due diligence - Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement - Track and update PDD (Post disbursal documents) and provide post-disbursal support to customers - Achieve Business targets for LAP product Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in NBFC or Bank - Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in LAP product and sales through DSA, handling a ticket size of 1 Cr and above - Education: Graduate and above Additional Details: At our company, we offer attractive incentives as per company policy, medical benefits for self & family, 18 days of paid leaves in a calendar year, and career development & internal growth opportunities.
