Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the travel and tourism sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the execution of sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and online platforms.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
