Desired Skills:
• Proven experience in channel sales (Li-ion Batteries, EV Batteries & Charges)
• Understanding of ESS Application.
• Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology, power electronics, and energy management systems.
• Ability to train and present to partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Experience in B2B/B2C sales models.
• Ability to drive revenue and close large deals through indirect sales.
• Negotiation skills for partner margins, pricing structures, and target achievement terms.
Functional/Behavioral skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
• Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision.
Qualification:
• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Energy Management.
