Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing client relationships, identifying potential customers, and executing strategic sales plans. Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales process, providing effective leadership to the sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and meeting revenue goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

Sales and Account Management skills, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Relationship Building and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Leadership and Team Management abilities for guiding and motivating sales teams.
Strategic Thinking and Analytical skills to understand market trends and translate them into actionable plans.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the welding and manufacturing industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
