Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and maintaining written content for TDS, customer communications, and internal documentation with accuracy and compliance.
  • Taking complete ownership of the Pan-India Customer Enquiry Number, ensuring:
  • Prompt and professional call handling
  • Providing correct and verified information to customers
  • Routing calls to the appropriate internal stakeholder (technical, sales, management, or operations)
  • Assisting internal teams with email drafting, replies, and follow-ups to ensure consistent and professional communication.
  • Supporting technical writing requirements, including basic product explanations, process notes, and coordination documents.
  • Acting as a coordination bridge between Sales, Technical, and Operations teams, ensuring timely information flow.
  • Maintaining call and enquiry records, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring closure of customer requests.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and turnaround time.
  • Ensuring alignment with company communication standards and escalation protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
