Key Responsibilities: Drafting and maintaining written content for TDS , customer communications, and internal documentation with accuracy and compliance. Taking complete ownership of the Pan-India Customer Enquiry Number , ensuring: Prompt and professional call handling Providing correct and verified information to customers Routing calls to the appropriate internal stakeholder (technical, sales, management, or operations) Assisting internal teams with email drafting, replies, and follow-ups to ensure consistent and professional communication. Supporting technical writing requirements, including basic product explanations, process notes, and coordination documents. Acting as a coordination bridge between Sales, Technical, and Operations teams , ensuring timely information flow. Maintaining call and enquiry records, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring closure of customer requests. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and turnaround time. Ensuring alignment with company communication standards and escalation protocols. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing client relationships, identifying potential customers, and executing strategic sales plans. Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales process, providing effective leadership to the sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and meeting revenue goals.
