Sales Manager

This role will report into Regional Director (West & South).

Target Achievement

• Support the Regional Head in meeting regional sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.
• Engage with institutions to present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  

Institutional Engagement

• Build relationships with educational institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Gather market intelligence and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  

Field Operations

• Collaborate with field support staff to collect actionable insights for negotiations and reporting.
• Spend extended periods in the field to strengthen institutional networks.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Individual sales targets.
• Client acquisition and retention metrics.
• Contribution to overall regional goals.
  

Qualifications

Skills and behaviours required :

• Negotiation,
• Client Relationship Management,
• Market analysis,
• Adherence to the internal departmental policies, Sales strategy & business model implementation, regular field reporting.
