Sales manager

Job Description:

La Fierte Restro Bar is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our customer base through strategic partnerships and direct sales initiatives. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, persuasive, and passionate about food, events, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Deals:
• Identify and approach corporate clients for lunch/dinner tie-ups, team outings, and business parties.
• Build long-term business relationships with HR/Admin/event heads of companies.
• Birthday & Anniversary Sales:
• Promote and sell birthday/anniversary celebration packages.
• Customize offers as per customer needs and ensure a great client experience.
• Residential Society Tie-ups:
• Connect with RWAs and society managers for kitty parties, resident events, and group bookings.
• Conduct on-ground activations, flyers, or small sampling events in societies.
• Sales Promotion & Offers:
• Execute and promote monthly sales offers and combo deals effectively.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and run local campaigns.
• Client Follow-up & Conversions:
• Maintain a database of leads and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Convert walk-in and inquiry leads into bookings.
• Reporting & Target Tracking:
• Maintain daily sales reports and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Report directly to the management with updates and new ideas.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with ability to close deals independently.
• Comfortable in field visits (to societies/corporates) when required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Experience in hospitality, events, or F&B sector is a plus.

Salary:

As per industry standards + Incentives on target achievement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
