Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager New Car Loan

Department: Auto Finance

Location: Chandigarh

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

To drive and manage the sales of new car loans through effective channel partner management,

direct sourcing, team leadership, and adherence to organizational targets and processes in the

Chandigarh region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for new car loans.

  • Drive business through direct channels (DSAs, dealers, and digital platforms).

  • Develop relationships with car dealerships and OEMs for lead generation and

conversions.

2. Channel Partner Management:

  • Manage and expand the DSA/dealer network in the assigned territory.

  • Train and motivate partners to ensure steady lead flow and conversions.

  • Ensure timely partner payouts and resolution of queries.

3. Team Management (if applicable):

  • Recruit, train, and manage a small sales team or outsourced executives.

  • Allocate daily/weekly/monthly targets and track performance.

4. Customer Interaction:

  • Guide customers through the loan process including documentation, eligibility

checks, and financial counselling.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and minimal complaints.

5. Process Adherence:

  • Ensure adherence to credit policy, compliance, and KYC norms.

  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for smooth processing.

6. Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.• Provide insights for product and process improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (mandatory),

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in auto loan sales or financial services (preferably in new

car loan segment).

  • Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of local market and dealer network

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

  • Language: Hindi, English, and regional languages (preferred)

  • Location Knowledge: Must be familiar with Chandigarh and nearby marketsRole & responsibilities
