Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, preparing and presenting sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in market research and competitor analysis Ability to maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction materials or infrastructure industry Willingness to work on-site in Siliguri and travel as required Expertise in using GeM and other portals
