Job Description

Job Title: Steward
Location: La Fierté Restro Bar
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Accommodation & Meals: Free lodging and food provided

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Handle table arrangements and ensure cleanliness and readiness
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
Present and explain current offers and promotions to customers
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
Ensure smooth billing and table turnover
Maintain hygiene and follow safety protocols
Address customer inquiries or complaints with care and escalate if needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in a restaurant/bar setting preferred but not mandatory
Good communication and customer service skills
Smart, active, and well-groomed personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of billing and order management
