Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the housing finance sector. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the housing finance or banking sector. Strong knowledge of home loans, LAP, and other housing finance products. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
