Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving channel revenue targets and building successful partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP sales cycles and value-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel (30–40%) for partner meetings and enablement sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Acquisition:
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners including resellers, referral partners, and system integrators.
Partner Enablement & Engagement:
  • Train and certify partners on ERP product offerings, value proposition, and sales methodology.
  • Support partners with sales tools, product updates, and demos.
Sales Planning & Execution:
  • Drive partner-led sales to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Co-create business plans with partners including lead generation, pipeline management, and joint marketing.
Relationship Management:
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure continued engagement and performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner sales escalations and support.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and track partner KPIs including sales targets, conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure partners comply with company policies, pricing models, and contractual obligations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner support and campaign alignment.
