Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - India (Hospital Furniture & Medical Equipment) located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, attending industry events, providing product demonstrations, and preparing sales reports. Collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support marketing activities is also part of the role. Qualifications Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies in India for more than 10 years Knowledge of Hospital Furniture & Medical Equipment industry and market trends Strong relationship-building and client management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Incharge of Gem portals and Indian tenders Ability to analyze market data and prepare sales reports Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to travel when necessary and attend industry events in India.
