Position Summary

expertise in Indian government tenders, liaising with health departments and procurement bodies

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals and expand market reach.
• Lead sales of 

  medical, surgical, and hospital furniture/equipment

   in both private and public sectors.
• Manage and grow 

  e-commerce sales

   on platforms such as 

  GeM, Indiamart, amazon, flipkart and other B2B trade portals

  .
• Identify and participate in 

  Indian government tenders

  , including detailed knowledge of 

  tender submission processes, documentation, and compliance

  .
• Serve as the 

  liaison

   with government departments, health authorities, and procurement officials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, institutional buyers, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute product awareness and promotional campaigns.
• Provide insights into market trends, competitor activity, and product development opportunities.
• Represent the company in 

  medical exhibitions and trade fairs

   to showcase product offerings and attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
