About the Role

Sales Manager

This role is ideal for someone with strong industry relationships, deep knowledge of both HORECA and retail trade, and proven ability to scale liquor brands in dynamic markets.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Lead & Grow Key Accounts (HORECA & Retail)

  • Drive relationships with top hotels, restaurants, clubs, and premium retail shops.
  • Ensure strong sales performance and brand visibility across both HORECA and modern/general trade outlets.

Expand Distribution Network

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors in Gurugram and surrounding Haryana markets.
  • Strengthen supply chain efficiency, stock availability, and timely delivery across accounts.

Drive On-Ground Excellence

  • Guarantee product placement, menu visibility, and premium shelf space in both HORECA and retail stores.
  • Execute impactful in-store promotions, sampling, and activation campaigns.

Market Penetration & Growth

  • Expand footprint into new HORECA venues, retail outlets, and channel partners.
  • Ensure premium positioning of our brands in every point of sale.

Brand Building & Activations

  • Plan and execute high-impact activations including bar takeovers, menu placements, retail promotions, and consumer sampling events.

Be a Market Expert

  • Stay on top of Gurugram & Haryana market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor moves.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine sales and distribution strategies.

Deliver Results

  • Consistently achieve volume, distribution, and activation targets.
  • Monitor ROI across both HORECA and retail activations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of proven success in liquor/alcoholic beverage sales, covering HORECA, retail, and distribution channels.
  • Strong network in Gurugram’s HORECA and retail circuit, with hands-on distributor management experience.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and execution skills.
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for premium liquor brands.
  • Solid understanding of route-to-market strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
