Position : Key Accounts Manager – HORECA (Liquor Industry) Location : Delhi Experience : 5–8 Years (Mandatory experience in the Liquor/Alcohol Beverage Industry) Industry : Alcoholic Beverages / Spirits / Liquor Function : Sales – Key Accounts (HORECA) About the Role Are you passionate about premium spirits and building brands in high-energy, high-impact environments? We’re looking for a driven and strategic Key Accounts Manager – HORECA to lead our presence across Delhi’s most influential hotels, restaurants, and nightlife venues. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong HORECA relationships, and a flair for growing iconic liquor brands. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Lead & Grow Premium Accounts Take ownership of top-tier HORECA accounts – drive relationships, boost sales, and position our portfolio across Delhi’s most dynamic outlets.Drive On-Ground Excellence Ensu re superior brand visibility, product availability, and flawless execution at every touchpoint – from bar shelves to drink menus.Expan d the Footprint Iden tify new opportunities across emerging venues and grow our account base with strategic onboarding of premium outlets.Brand Building & Activations Plan and execute impactful brand promotions, bar takeovers, menu placements, and sampling events that resonate with our target consumers.Be a Market Expert Stay sharp on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Use data and insights to shape winning sales strategies.Deliv er Results Cons istently achieve volume targets, ROI-driven activation outcomes. What We’re Looking For: 5–8 years of proven success in HORECA sal es within th e liquor/alc oholic beverages industry.Stro n g network and influence within the Delhi HORECA circuit.Excep tional relationship management, negotiation, and execution skills.Energ etic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building premium brands.Solid understanding of trade marketing, activations, and outlet-level strategy.Bache lor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
