Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business generation through the DSA network for Home Loans and LAP.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent lead flow.
Handle premium clients and structure deals in the ticket size range of 50 Lakhs 10 Crores.
Ensure compliance with credit policies, documentation, and internal processes.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence.
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing of files.
