Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business generation through the DSA network for Home Loans and LAP.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent lead flow.
  • Handle premium clients and structure deals in the ticket size range of 50 Lakhs 10 Crores.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, documentation, and internal processes.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing of files.
