Job Description

You will be joining our team as a highly motivated Sales Manager. Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients in the chemical and adhesive industry. You will also be required to engage in cold calling potential clients and promote/sell company products at assigned locations. Collecting customer contact information, following up with leads, and building strong customer relationships are integral parts of this role. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Conducting regular market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth will be crucial. Providing product education to end-users as needed is also a key aspect of the position. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
